In the following, we describe the changes that have been made to all versions of Customer Portal that are still supported. Release notes are displayed with a version number, date of release, a brief heading, as well as a more detailed description of the new or altered functionality.

More precise and flexible search in Mail Flow Log

We have improved the search functionality in Mail Flow Log, making it possible to perform much more precise and targeted searches on mail data.

For the fields From, Original From, Cc, Bcc, Subject and from Metadata, you can now choose between several different search criteria:

  • Contains: Searches for text that appears anywhere in the value
  • Starts with: Searches for values that start with the specified text
  • Ends with: Searches for values that end with the specified text
  • Equals: Searches for an exact match
  • Not: Inverts the search, so results can be excluded

This provides better options for quickly identifying specific emails, narrowing down large amounts of log data, and performing more precise troubleshooting.

The new search options are selected directly via the menu that drops down at the individual search fields in Mail Flow Log.
