In the following, we describe the changes that have been made to all versions of Customer Portal that are still supported. Release notes are displayed with a version number, date of release, a brief heading, as well as a more detailed description of the new or altered functionality.

Export to Excel

You can now export up to 500 Mail Flow search results as an .xlsx file (MS Excel). A new Export XLSX button in the Mail Flow view lets you export and download the search results.

Display of email sizes

The Mail Flow email details now show both the original size of the email and its size after secure mail processing:

Rule logging

Logging of rules in the rules engine has been improved. When a rule has been active, a Forward Rule badge is added to the overview:

The name of the rule is shown in the processing details for the individual message:

You can also search for the rule name under Advanced Search in the Mail Flow view. This allows you to find messages that were processed by the rule:
