This guide describes how to obtain organization certificates for use during DPG installation. At the bottom of the page you can watch a video where the procedure is reviewed (in Danish).
Regarding existing certificates
If you already have an active certificate on the same email address that you are ordering an OCES3 certificate for, you should be aware of the following:
As soon as you have received the new OCES3 certificate, you must deliver the certificate to your current suppliers.
If you do not do this, there is a risk that one or more of your system integrations will be affected or stop working completely!
You can find detailed information from MitID Erhverv about how to order an organization certificate and download an ordered organization certificate here:
How to proceed
-
To get started with ordering Organization Certificates, you must first log in to business administration for MitID Erhverv with a user who has the role 'User Administrator':
-
Select Certificates, and then Create certificate profile.
-
Fill in the certificate profile with the relevant data.
We recommend setting Certificate name to the same as you specify in Email address in certificate.
You must remember to specify a contact person for your certificate. The contact person will also be the one who receives email about the certificate's issuance.
-
Under Certificates, specify the following settings:
Field Content Types of certificates OCES Organization Certificate Method for identification One-time code Method for issuance Internet browser Publication of certificate Select the checkbox Add certificate to the public certificate database Important
The certificate must appear in the public certificate database to function optimally in DPG.
-
Complete the order by selecting Create certificate profile and order certificate.
-
Read through the information and verify that everything is as expected.
Important
It is VERY important that the email address in Email address in certificate is 100% identical to the name of the mailbox created for this purpose.
If everything is as expected, select Confirm creation.
-
Select View to see your One-time code, and save the code for later (or forward it to the certificate's contact person).
Please note that it is not possible to see the one-time code after you click OK.
Select OK to close the One-time code window.
-
Validate email by clicking on the validation link in the email received in the mailbox the certificate is issued to:
-
Select Validate email.
-
Email validation is now approved.
-
Open the email that the certificate's contact person has received from MitID. Sender is:
MitID Erhverv <noreply@mitid-erhverv.dk>.Select the link in the email under Get the certificate issued here:
-
Enter the one-time code from step 5, and select Next.
-
Read and accept the applicable terms regarding MitID/OCES certificates.
Select Next.
-
Select View to see the password for the new certificate, and save the code in a safe place.
The code must be used EVERY time the certificate needs to be installed in the future. We recommend using the Copy to clipboard button to avoid errors when copying.
Important
It is not possible to see the password after you select Next.
Select Next to issue the certificate.
-
Your browser should now download the certificate, and it will probably be in the
DownloadorDownloadsfolder. If it is unexpectedly not there, you can select the Download certificate button to download the certificate.Important
It is not possible to download the certificate after you have selected Close!
Confirm that you have downloaded the certificate, and select Close.
-
The certificate is now issued.
