This guide describes how to set up a combined receiver and sender system (connection system) for mit.dk for an organization with one CVR number.

With the connection system and an updated DPG configuration, mit.dk messages will automatically be delivered to one of your secure functional mailboxes, and you will also have the option to send mit.dk messages.

How to proceed

  1. Before your organization can log in to mit.dk's Admin Portal to create the connection system, your organization must make an agreement for connection directly with mit.dk.

    Feel free to contact DPG's sales department by phone +45 70 20 62 80 or email (salg@sikker-post.dk). We are ready to help you quickly reach your goal with the mit.dk agreement.

    As soon as the agreement between your organization and mit.dk is in place, DPG will get back to you with the required technical information so you can log in to mit.dk Admin Portal and create the connection system.

  2. When you have received the required technical information from DPG, you can proceed with creating the connection system.

    • Log in to mit.dk
    • Select Switch to Admin Portal in the menu at the bottom left corner
    • Navigate to Systems
    • Select + Create new system

  3. You will now come to a page where you can enter a number of basic information about the connection system:

    • Enter a Name for the system.
    • Under System type, select Sender and receiver system.
    • Select the checkbox This is the primary receiver system if you do not already have other systems created.
    • Select REST PUSH as protocol under Select protocol.
    • Under IP addresses, add the IP address you have received from DPG.

  4. You must now enter more of the technical information you have received from DPG:

    • Under Receipt endpoint URL, enter the URL you have received from DPG.
    • Under MeMo messages URL, enter the URL you have received from DPG.
    • We also recommend that under Contact persons you enter information on one or more persons, who could advantageously be technical contacts at your organization or your technical department.
    • Finally, copy the value in the API key field. You must send this to DPG so the DPG solution can be prepared.

  5. Select the CREATE SYSTEM button.

    Important!

    Do NOT select the ACTIVATE SYSTEM button until you have received notification from DPG that the DPG solution is ready!

  6. As soon as the DPG configuration is complete and the connection system needs to be activated, you will receive an update in the case.
