Guide to system connection for companies with multiple CVR numbers (Digital Post)

As a company with many CVR numbers, you might want all your different CVR numbers' digital post to be automatically delivered to one of your secure function mailboxes, from which you can distribute the mail.

For each CVR number/organization, you must create a separate receiver and sender system in Administrative Access, and you must grant authorization to the connection system for the main CVR number, i.e., the main CVR number that your DPG solution is integrated with.

How to proceed

  1. Log in to Administrative Access for the desired CVR number/organization. Select System connection and then + Create system:

  2. Select Set up the system from scratch, and fill in as in the example below.

  3. Select REST PUSH as protocol, and enter the technical information you have received from DPG: IP address, receipt endpoint for memo messages, and endpoint.

    This is the information you have already received from us for the main CVR number. Important: You must also enter the main CVR number in the Grant your system provider authorization (optional) field.

  4. Select Do not activate the system. You should only activate the connection system when the activation time has been agreed with DPG.

  5. A summary is now displayed. Check the information, and finish by selecting Connect:

  6. You will now receive a receipt for the creation of the connection system. Here you must select Download system settings to download a PDF file with information about the connection system, so you have a backup of the setup.

  7. For all the receiver and sender systems you have created for the organization's CVR numbers, you must save information on CVR numbers as well as API keys and collect them in an Excel sheet as shown in the example below.

    When you have configured all the connection systems and completed the Excel sheet, you must send the document to DPG in the open case, so the configuration of DPG can be completed. Going forward, you will be able to receive digital post from authorities in your desired, secure function mailboxes.

  8. As soon as the DPG configuration is complete, you will receive an update in the case.
